Strollers and Wheelchairs

Strollers and wheelchairs are available for a nominal fee. Please inquire at the Ticket Booth upon entering the Zoo.

ATM

There is an ATM located inside the Jungle Gift shop.

Food/Refreshments

Congo Cafe - The Congo Cafe is closed for the 2011 season. 

Along with the traditional favorites, we have expanded our menu to include fresh, made to order panini sandwiches, wraps and char-broiled hamburgers and chicken filet sandwiches.  We also offer milk and juice in addition to our many other beverages choices.  Give us a call to inquire about special meals for on grounds birthday parties and discounts for large groups dining at the zoo.  Visa and Mastercard accepted.  No checks.

Gift Shop

Jungle Gift Shop - hours gift shop are open may vary. Please call ahead to verify at 235-5615.

Make your visit complete with a stop at the Jungle Gift Shop.  We offer everything from film, cameras, batteries, sunscreen, cuddly plush animals, toys and beautifully designed apparel.  Support on-going conservation efforts worldwide with a purchase of our fair trade items and expand your knowledge of the animal kingdom with our many books and field guides for all ages.  Open daily at 10 AM, weather permitting.  Visa and Master Card accepted. 

Zoo Train ($2.00 per ride, two and under free) - Zoo train is now closed for the season.


All Aboard! Grab your little ones and hop aboard the Zoo Train! Take a ride on a historic CP Huntington electric train takes zoogoers past our zoo pond, South/North America, veterinary hospital, otter exhibit and Australia. All proceeds from the train go directly toward building new exhibits or improving existing habitats at the zoo. The Zoo train runs everyday until October 31st.

Pony Rides - Closed for the 2011 Season 

Pony rides are available (weather permitting) daily in Zoo Farm. Rides cost just $3. Rides available Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Petting Area - Closed for the 2011 Season

Come pet the goats in the goat yard (free). Zoo farm opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day. Alpaca and goats may be viewed in their yards during the entire Zoo season.

Restrooms

Restrooms are handicapped accessible, equipped with changing stations and available in several locations throughout the Zoo.

First Aid
