Butterflies In Living Color

Open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Butterflies in Living Color, Potawatomi Zoo's full immersion butterfly exhibit is open for a third season. The exhibit features an experience where guests can walk through a garden filled with lush plants while hundreds of exotic butterflies from around the world fly around freely. Guests will look through a large viewing window into a quarantine room to watch butterflies emerge from their chrysalises. Thanks to your generous contributions we have supported rainforest preservation through this global conservation effort. We look forward to another successful season.  

The exhibit opens during the 2010 Memorial Day weekend. The hours of the garden are from 10am-5pm with last tickets sold at 4:30pm. The exhibit will be open through Labor Day of 2010. Tickets are $2.00 and proceeds from admission to this exhibit support Potawatomi Zoo exhibits and animals.   

There are many ways to support the Butterflies in Living Color! exhibit. As a seasonal exhibit that will be open yearly there are multiple sponsorship opportunities within the exhibit including benches, water fountains and quarantine facilities.
