Zoo-to-Do

Save the date for the 2008 Zoo-to-Do

August 22, 2008

Zoo-to-Do, “An Evening for the Endangered”, Potawatomi Zoo’s premier fundraiser, will take place August 22, 2008 at Potawatomi Zoo. This year’s theme, “An Evening for the Endangered” will reflect various aspects of caring for and conserving the Zoo’s majestic endangered and critically endangered species.

Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres begin the evening as guests stroll through the Zoo and enjoy animal encounters and peruse the animal exhibits.  The party continues with live entertainment, dancing and a live auction including unique Zoo items such as a private party at the Asian gazebo, the naming and adoption of Zoo animals and a visit from a special guest at your home.

All funds raised from Zoo-to-Do, “An Evening for the Endangered” go towards wildlife conservation, new naturalistic exhibits for the animals, and education programs. This premier fundraiser also helps to ensure this cherished community resource continues to make a difference in the survival of threatened and endangered species locally and around the world. Your support enables Potawatomi Zoo to continue to grow and develop as one of region’s finest Zoos.
