Splashback Poison Frog

Length: Up to 1.75 inches long.
Lifespan: Their lifespan in the wild is unknown, but they can live 10 or more years in human care.
Diet: Small insects like ants and spiders.
Habitat: Brazilian rainforests.
Description: Splashback poison frogs are also known as splashback poison dart frogs. They come in a variety of color combinations (morphs). Although they’re considered least concern for extinction, like so many other rainforest animals, their habitat is threatened by habitat loss, deforestation, and flooding caused by damming.
Conservation Status: Least Concern
