In order to request a donation from the Potawatomi Zoo, you must fill out the form below.

In your description of your organization, please provide:

• Name, date and time of the event (if applicable)
• Purpose of the event or request
• Who the membership/passes will benefit

Donation requests can take up to 45 days to process. Requests received less than 45 days before your event cannot be “rushed” for processing.

The Potawatomi Zoological Society receives hundreds of requests each year for memberships and tickets to the Potawatomi Zoo for civic and charitable organizations. As a not-for-profit, 501(c)3 organization, we weigh each request thoughtfully and attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to grant each request.

In general:

• We are able to give items to schools and other not-for-profit organizations.
• We are unable to support individuals or events not associated with an established not-for-profit organization.
• Our scope of giving encompasses a 50-mile radius of the Potawatomi Zoo.
• Organizations may not receive more than one donation per calendar year.
