Membership cards take 3-4 weeks for processing. While you wait for your membership cards, show your email confirmation and ID for immediate access to the Zoo.
- Free unlimited regular admission to Potawatomi Zoo during normal operating hours, including extended summer hours, for one year from the date of purchase.
- Discounted admission to over 150 zoos nationwide. View reciprocal AZA zoos here! Other zoos may have reciprocity with us as well. Check the FAQ page for more info. We recommend always calling a zoo in advance of visiting, whether they're listed on the reciprocal list or not. Benefits may have changed.

- Then purchase your membership. This process will renew your existing membership for an additional year from your expiration date.
- It is very important that you enter your email address and contact information correctly so you can create a Zoo Membership account.
- Make sure you add the number of children that are part of a family membership. If you're adding more than 6 children, you will need to pay an additional $5 for each additional child.
- If you wish to have an unnamed companion, it must be purchased at the time you purchase your membership. Unnamed companions must attend the Zoo with a named member.
- All named Zoo Members must show photo ID when they attend the Zoo.

Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid without the photo ID of all named adults attending the Zoo.
If your membership has guest admission privileges, unnamed guests must be accompanied by a member listed on your membership card.
